Return & Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 21-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

Items are unwashed and unworn

Items are in their original packaging

Items show no signs of pilling, markings, stains, or strong odours (smoke, perfume, detergent, etc.)
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Accessories (jewellery, caps, bottles, bags, etc.)

Bodysuits

Socks and undergarments
Items discounted 15% or more are not eligible for return.
Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse and accidents are not covered under our 21-day guarantee.
Store Credit
If your return is approved, store credit will be issued to the email address linked to your order.
